Went with April last night to the library. Which reminds me, I have to send back that audiobook that I checked out from the Ft. Myers library for the trip over. Heehee. Bad Alica. I got Tracy Chevalier's "Girl With a Pearl Earring" and "The Lady and the Unicorn." I kind of enjoyed what I got to see of the movie "Girl With a Pearl Earring," even though it caused Chris to begin ranting about aristocracy and faux British accents in a movie about the Danish. I kind of agreed with him, but was too busy staring at Colin Firth and his long hair...so dreamy. :D Of course, he's also a fine actor with great skill and stuff. Right. So.
Then we went to Sonic. I had a bacon cheeseburger on texas toast, it was pretty good. And cheesy tots, note to self, get tots plain next time or with chili, but not just with cheese. Then I had a Reese's Peanut Butter Blast from there, kind of like the Blizzard from Dairy Queen, but, DQ's Blizzard is a little better. More peanut butter cups I think.
Then we came home and watched Law and Order. I was upset with Sam's character because I actually believed the defendant. I mean, I don't think he was TERRIBLY FRIGHTENED but I think he had some cause for fear :)
That was a bit of a disappointing episode, especially after Sunday's Criminal Intent, which I felt was their best one yet. Bringing Mike Logan in was a good way to get some ratings too.
I'm off to read for a bit, get some Chevalier action going on. Sadly, I have to move Vera from her spot in the middle of the couch so that I may attain maximum reading comfort level. BWAHAHAAHAHAHAHAH!!! I mean...isn't that the most horrible thing ever?
