I haven't gone to exercise class since Wednesday (last week). It's the same routine every class, same tape, same everything. Is that being bored with your routine? I can't stand getting dressed and going to it. I haven't been to yoga in a while either, I missed it last week to stay home and watch Survivor and cook dinner instead. So, is that laziness or just boredom. Yoga isn't boring, as she adds new poses and switches it up a bit in every class. Which is nice.
I feel so blah. I'm getting really tired of getting up at 5 a.m. every morning too. I technically only work about 8 hours a day, but I get home and I'm dead tired. So, I take a small nap, and then I can't sleep later in the evening, until later in the week when I'm so exhausted that I can't bring myself to move to eat dinner. I'm not really that hungry anymore either. That could be the heat though, although it hasn't been *that* hot either. *sigh* I don't know.
I am excited though, as I will be going to see Sheryl Crow next Thursday with my friends Bobbie and Heather, which is nice. I actually have next Friday off! Woo!! No getting up at 5 a.m. for ONE WHOLE WEEKDAY!
