Looks like the NIN show is cancelled tonight. :(

The drummer, Jerome Dillon, was having chest pains about an hour into the show last night in San Diego. Tonight's show is also cancelled. No word on rescheduling yet. *sigh*

I hope Jerome is ok. So, I have an evening free now.

That sucks nine-inch ass.

I'd suggest some sort of alternative leisure activity for the evening, but I'm having head pains. (At least I'm not having them in San Diego, though.) I think I got dehydrated this morning. And then, of course, when you get dehydrated, your brain swells up and creates all this pressure against your skull.

It's a terrible feeling, but the ibuprofen is helping. Soon enough, I'll be ready to conquer the world again.

Is it just me, or does Jerome Dillon sound more like a country-music name?

I have another question, this on more technical: How do you manually enter a mood and still have an icon appear for it?

I'm sorry about your head pains. I feel your pain. I've had a few migraines in my life :(

It does sound like a country music name, but as a pretty good rock drummer, I think he shows that we are totally wrong about him :)

Icon: pick the one you want then type in what you want it say in the next box.

If you are feeling up to anything later this evening I may be up for it. I had carrot cake so I'm full of beta carotene.

Ah, if I would have read this comment about an hour ago, I might have been up for a meeting. At this point, however, I don't think I should be driving. (Suffice it to say that waffle looks pretty damn good right now....So do the toffee-covered peanuts on top of my refrigerator.) I'm also grooving to some music on my stereo right now. (Do people still say "grooving"? I'm getting old.) Do you ever wish there was one button on a stereo remote that would simultaneously increase the volume of a song and also put it on repeat? That would rule.

I might go to Bentley's tomorrow at some point, on the pretext of studying for my class, but really just to people-watch, absorb air-conditioning, and keep myself from spending the whole day only talking to myself and my cat. Anyway, I'll let you know if I go to Bentley's. Sometimes, though, Sundays have that way of becoming that day that you spend accomplishing a few tasks that all manage to somehow take four times longer than they should.

Whoa--I'm really rambling.

Ah, I didn't write but about twenty minutes ago :) I was out having pie and coffee. Wheee!!

I say grooving, but, I'm about your age, sooo, maybe we are both getting old. It's not so bad. And yes, I do wish there was the one button that would just do whatever your mind wanted it to.

I also wish I had a stereo. The laptop speaker just doesn't get it for me. And, it's ok to spend time talking to your cat, it's when they begin to answer you that the problems arise.

If you want company let me know, I'm keeping tomorrow fast and loose. Or slow and loose. Definitely loose, just not sure of the speed.

And rambling is ok. Enjoy the rest of your evening :D

*snicker* If your icon is any indication, I think I have been correct in my assumption of your inability to drive.

And your reasons for talking to animals.

Enjoy your groovitude.
