My response to her original inquiry regarding her credit card account:

Dear S C,
Thank you for taking the time to contact us.
Due to banking regulations and credit card security, our customer service
representatives do not have access to credit account information.

Please contact XYZ Cardholder Services directly at 800-555-5555
for assistance with your credit account.

WEll I have tried to pay this bill on the phone, well that didn't work, all
customer service are busy, yet right, you can't get a human being on the
phone for nothing. I did not receive a statement and now my payment is
late. With this high interest, bad service i think i will just close this
account. I will just pay this dam bill when the new one comes in. Please
make sure you changed my address: 123 anywhere st blah blah, BA 12345 thanks for nothing
