It was hard to realize that yesterday was Friday. It was ridiculously slow. I actually spent about two hours in the office screwing around on the computer reading news articles on Fark, ok, I was reading the comments, and just hanging out.

I left around 8 and headed home. I almost fell asleep on the way there. I don't know what's up, but I feel like I have mild narcolepsy right now. I fell asleep about 9:30 or so. On a Friday. It's like I'm 12 or something.

I had some fucked up dreams, too. *shudder*

So, let's hope that today is a little better. I have two orders set up and ready to go for today. So that's good.

Non work stuff:

I need to get David Sedaris' new book, Engulfed in Flames. Payday is Friday, I'll probably go on Saturday to grab myself a copy. If I go on Friday, I'll read the whole thing Friday night and stay up all night. Bad bad bad. So, I'll wait until Saturday.

I haven't bought a new book in a while. I like doing that. I miss bookstores. I miss working in one. Sometimes.

I thought I might have something deep and revealing to write about, but I don't. Just how sleepy I was yesterday. I will continue to blame the heat for my exhaustion. It seems fair.

Oh, who is coming with on Sunday to see basketball? Game starts at 2.
