The drive from the coffee place to work is pretty hard. Driving yesterday wasn't too too bad, just the coming back down the hill part. That was one of my favorite drives. I won't lie, I did at one point really want to ask R for a drag. Just one little puff, but, that would defeat the whole purpose wouldn't it? So, I just ate my tootsie pop while she had her cigarette out back and enjoyed the delicious watermelon flavor.
I am noticing that I am a bit more tired, and I know that it is because I'm not getting the constant stimulation anymore. Any time I felt tired (or hungry) I just went out back for three minutes and took care of that little problem. I wound up going to the coffee place yesterday afternoon and getting a 5 shot mocha to help with the mid-afternoon drag time.
I've been taking Advil PM to sleep through the night, until I get to the gym a bit more often, this is probably what I'm going to have to do in order to sleep. I remember reading that insomnia is one of the side effects. I already have enough trouble sleeping, don't need to add to it. i'll probably grab some melatonin or valerian root so I'm not ODing on Advil. :)
Thursday night was interesting, though. I felt like I was saying goodbye to a friend, albeit a dangerously addictive and cancer causing friend, but I've had worse friends in the past :) And even with the ones that I had that night, I kind of felt like I had to get through them. It was a bit of a chore. Hmmm...
Anyways, here it is, Saturday morning. Yay! I haven't done anything yet. Just goofing off online. Which is my plan for most of the day. Do as little work as possible. Mostly because today is entirely overtime (well, not pay wise, but hours worked wise) and hey, i've already done my 45 hours for the week, why should I actually work more? :)
