We had a small poo victory, but we are back at square one. *sigh*

I went to look for pumpkin today because that is the remedy that keeps popping up (I just found another site recommending milk, I think I'll be doing that tonight), so I head to Food City to grab a can of pumpkin. Can't find it. Then I head to Fry's. Can't find it. Find a guy doing some stocking near the canned stuff and ask him, "Where is the canned pumpkin?"
"There is a manufacturer's issue with that. No one in the state of Arizona has canned pumpkin right now."
I just look at him. Is he pulling my leg? Is he for real? *sigh* I head over to the baby food aisle, figuring, fine, I can't get pumpkin, I'll get prunes! Or sweet potatoes.

Vera does not like prunes. I put out some of the sweet potato and chicken I got for her on a plate, hopefully she eats some of that. The milk is coming out tonight along with another dose of petromalt. She is gonna poo or else!

Otherwise, time to call the vet. I want my kitty to be healthy, but dammit, I just spent $400 on tires today.

In other news, I've made a new commitment to the Wii Fit. I got the the Fit Plus game for about $15 (woo!) and it is much more fun than the regular wii fit. Yay! You can actually build a routine to work thru for however long you want. I'm going to play with it a bit more and see which routines work best. Gotta make that 30 lb goal in just over 2 months.

Meh. Mostly, I'm just tired. Hopefully the exercise will help with that :)

like slivers of lead inside your food...
Ah yes, the Great Pumpkin Shortage. Right before Thanksgiving the news was all "GET YER CANNED PUMPKIN NOW, THE CROP SUCKED THIS YEAR AND IT'S GOING TO BE A HOT COMMODITY." How fuckin' ridiculous is that?! I paid an arm and a leg for a carving pumpkin this year. Global warming, I hate you.
