Wow, been a while since I updated. The car has been fixed. Electrical problems led to the asplosion. The resistor burned out leading to the cooling fan not turning on which led to a build up of pressure which led to the asplosion. $700 final total. Thankfully, I had my tax refund coming to me, so I was able to float myself with that.

Pizza is still as drama filled as ever. The old GM from 4th will be taking over my store. He is a giant douche. Hopefully, he won't eat some of the smaller staff. :)

The ear infection is almost completely cleared up. I still have limited hearing out of that ear, but it's getting better every day. The facial numbness/paralysis is finally gone. Yay! The Ballsy had retreated.

However, that doctor's visit led to other things. I've had high blood sugar and high blood pressure for a while. Now that I have insurance I was able to get back on my meds. I'm doing a four times daily blood sugar check and have begin to actually track what I eat. I joined a gym. I need to make an appointment with the doctor for about a month from now so we can go over everything that I've recorded. I started using www.loseit.com to track my caloric intake and exercise. I've been doing okay, but I have days when I just say fuck it and have a doughnut. Ok, that was one day. :)

It's interesting to see how many calories the exercise burns. After sweating for 30 minutes on the stationary bike to see you've only burned 200 calories, it's kind of disheartening. Then again, I didn't have it set very high, either. The gym has a cardio cinema which makes it a bit more tolerable to sit there and sweat and huff and puff. I can't wait until I won't be huffing and puffing on level 1 anymore.

I'm due for a weigh-in soon. I'd like to see that these changes are actually working. Although, I have noticed a reduction in the back fat pads, which is nice. :) TMI? Probably. From a practical standpoint, I am not looking forward to buying new clothes. From a different standpoint, I can't wait.
