Made my naked chicken parm. The chicken needed more flavor, I'll have to figure out a way to do that. But, all I did was put on some garlic powder, marjoram, thyme and oregano (and a teeny splash of lemon) and fresh ground pepper. I wrapped it in tin foil and put it in the oven for what I thought would be enough (30 minutes at 350, needed to be more like 45 minutes at 375) after it was cooked, I put a piece of provolone cheese on top and put it back in the oven to get it nice and melty. I made some whole wheat rotini and just put about 1/3 of a can of Italian style diced tomatoes on top. Mixed the pasta and tomatoes together, put them on a plate and put the piece of chicken on top. Topped the whole thing off with some shake parmesean cheese (I heart cheese).
five minutes to prepare and about 45 to cook. so, dinner took less than an hour and I spent the rest of that cooking time cleaning the kitchen and doing some schoolwork (and watching Jeopardy, as you can imagine, not a lot of schoolwork was done) :)
Ok, going to bed, putting brace back on (I took it off to type easier) and going to pass out now.
