Today was a complete lazy day. :)
Woke up a little later than usual (around 10 instead of 6:00 or 7:00) got up, went out to the living room, had some coffee, and there was some chatter about going to Mel's to get some breakfast, but then Josh kept being annoying and making noise with this little tab on the bottom of the coffee table (I don't know what it is, but it is kind of annoying to hear it being scratched back and forth) and so, then they were all grumpy with each other. So, decided to have some cereal. Played on IRC for a little bit, but then decided to go rent some movies. We watched Duplex, which was cute. It probably would have been a lot better if we could have sat through the whole thing without any interruption. However, first was the dog. "Oh, you've just sat down...I need to go pee please."
Then...her phone rang. It was someone that we do business with...um...he didn't mean to call...obviously...because she heard him telling his wife to "Suck it baby."
*cough* So, then, the phone rang again about 10 minutes later (I know this, because we still had the movie on pause because she was still laughing about it), it was him again, we let it go to voicemail. Finally, voicemail is over. We listen, they are talking about a birthday party. Um...ooooook. So, then, we were finally able to watch the movie.
Then it was decided after we finished that movie that they were going to watch tv. There were no actual words spoken, but the dvd was taken out of the player, put in the case and the channel changed to something else to watch.
So, it was then that I wound up in my room for the rest of the night. I've been in here since about 5 p.m. just hanging out, watching Under the Tuscan Sun (which was a total chick flick, but still pretty good) and then goofing around online. I am now going to bed, because I am super sleepy. :)
